Here’s Your Winning Ticket!

Whether it’s Super Bowl champions or your local high school, winning teams tape their games and track statistics to improve their performance.

Imagine what a post game practice would be like if a team didn’t watch footage of their games and didn’t keep important stats:

Coach to Team: “Remember that play in the second quarter where we ran the the ball up the middle and made a 3 yard gain?”

… “I wonder what the average yardage is for that play?”

Does this sound like your business? Can you see what happens with every sales opportunity? Do you have the essential data you need, or are you relying on memory?

Several years ago, Microsoft published a study that said, over the past 100 years, our attention has gone from 20 minutes to 7 seconds (a goldfish has an attention span of 8 seconds).

With all the information constantly coming at you, the world can be a confusing place, but it doesn’t mean your business has to be. Especially not when you can record and track the information that matters most to your success.

If you’re serious about building a successful sales team, watching and reviewing their performance is always the best place to start, and it’s your winning ticket to continuous improvement and rapid growth.
